Brief introduction
Founded in the UK in the 1980s, TANNET is a global investment holding company. In the early 1990s, it launched its business in Hong Kong and designated Hong Kong as its international head office. With the development of China’s reform and opening up, the Group took the opportunity to expand its business into Mainland China by using Shenzhen as its gateway for developing the Chinese market in 2000. By 2008, it has set up a worldwide network consisting of 36 branches in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the rest of the world. With the development of business, Tannet has invested in medicine field in mainland, Malaysia, Korea and so on.

Investment Conditions at TANNET
The Group’s existing investments cover three industries: plantation, pharmaceuticals, and fine goods and gifts factories. The Group is currently moving in the direction of real estate development and high-tech businesses. Following successful investments in the first and second industries, the Group managed to acquire ATA GROUP and China Yada Technology Group Co., Ltd in 2005, creating the core for developing tertiary industry and laying a solid foundation for developing the Chinese market. The main businesses of the Group are information technology, business management consultancy and high technology business.
